Join Lindsay and Nathan this February for a very special 3 day retreat with The Flow Dance Meditation Team. 

In this 3 day retreat we will be delving deep into the method of Flow Dance Meditation. which includes embodiment, somatics,  the power of music and the brain and creating flow states consciousness. We are also joined by Sara Fakih for a Cacao Ceremony, Yin Yoga and Sound Bath.
