FLOW RETREAT FAQs

FAQs

What does a typical day of training look like?
We will be commencing our training with a Masterclass with both the Flow Dance Meditation founders, Lindsay and Nathan. Our mornings will begin with a beach walk and/or embodiment practices followed by breakfast. Our main learning sessions will begin around 9am, with a break for lunch and continuing in the afternoon. Sessions will include: The Method of Flow Dance Meditation, Embodiment Practices, Breathwork, TRE, the power of music and breakdowns of the class sections; ‘Connect’, ‘Move’ and ‘Release’.  After dinner there will be sharing circles, a Sound Bath and bedtime meditations.

How will I be assessed?
There will be some informal assessment throughout the training days through observations. We aim to make your learning environment as supportive as possible and will provide consistent guidance and feedback. You will also have a one-to-one session with Lindsay and Nathan. There will be a group taught assessment where you will team teach a Flow Dance Meditation class with your fellow students.
