Terms & Conditions**

Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before booking with YogaFit Retreats. By completing a booking and making payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

1. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

1.1. It is the customer’s responsibility to review all booking details and ensure that the information provided is accurate.

1.2. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a deposit option is offered.

1.3. Deposits (30%) are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

1.4. If booking via the deposit option, the deposit amount is non-refundable in its entirety.

1.5. No reservation is confirmed until payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.

2. CANCELLATIONS BY THE CUSTOMER

2.1. If the customer chooses to cancel their booking, the following refund structure applies to the full retreat price, including deposits:

0% refund – cancellation within 1 week of arrival
35% refund – cancellation 1 to 4 weeks before arrival
50% refund – cancellation 4 to 8 weeks before arrival
70% refund – cancellation more than 8 weeks before arrival

2.2. If the customer is unable to attend, YogaFit Retreats reserves the right to retain the full retreat cost if outside the refund windows above.

2.3. No refund will be given for early departure, late arrival, missed sessions, travel delays or illness during the retreat.

3. CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES BY YOGAFIT RETREATS

3.1. In the rare event that a teacher, facilitator or staff member becomes unavailable, YogaFit Retreats may make changes or provide qualified replacements.

3.2. Retreat schedules, facilities or activities may be altered if necessary.

3.3. If a retreat must be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disaster, political unrest, border closures), YogaFit Retreats will offer alternative dates or credit towards a future retreat.

3.4. YogaFit Retreats is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the customer, including but not limited to flights, transfers or accommodation before/after the retreat.

4. TRAVEL & INSURANCE

4.1. YogaFit Retreats strongly recommends that all customers obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation, medical cover, personal property and COVID-related coverage.

4.2. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have valid travel documentation, visas and insurance.

4.3. YogaFit Retreats accepts no responsibility for delays, cancellations or failures of flights, trains, buses, ferries or any transport provider.

5. HEALTH, FITNESS & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

5.1. Customers must ensure they are medically and physically fit to participate in retreat activities.

5.2. Customers with injuries, medical conditions or special needs must consult a doctor before attending and must inform the facilitators before participating.

5.3. Participation in all classes and activities is voluntary and at the customer’s own risk.

5.4. YogaFit Retreats is not liable for injuries sustained during activities, classes or free time.

5.5. Customers must stop and rest if experiencing discomfort, pain or illness and notify a teacher immediately.

6. LIABILITY

6.1. YogaFit Retreats is not liable for loss or damage to personal property.

6.2. YogaFit Retreats is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses or death during the retreat or travel to/from the retreat.

6.3. YogaFit Retreats shall not be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:

natural disasters
war or civil unrest
epidemics/pandemics
border closures
acts of God
supplier or subcontractor failure
strikes, airport closures, weather conditions

7. BEHAVIOUR & PROPERTY

7.1. Customers must use the retreat property respectfully and for its intended purpose.

7.2. No illegal, dangerous, disruptive, offensive or inappropriate behaviour is permitted.

7.3. Customers must not cause nuisance or disturbance to staff, owners or other guests.

7.4. Customers must keep accommodation and facilities in good condition and will be charged for any damage, breakage or missing items of equal value.

8. TERMINATION OF STAY

8.1. YogaFit Retreats may terminate a customer’s stay for violation of these Terms & Conditions or for behaviour that poses risk or disruption.

8.2. In such cases, no refund will be issued and YogaFit Retreats accepts no liability for consequent costs or losses.

9. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA

9.1. Photography and video may be taken during the retreat for promotional purposes.

9.2. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the team or photographer at the beginning of the retreat.

10. PRICING & DISCOUNTS

10.1. YogaFit Retreats may offer discretionary discounts.

10.2. Discounts do not apply retroactively to customers who have already booked.

10.3. Price differences between guests do not constitute grounds for refunds.

11. WEBSITE & PRIVACY POLICY

11.1. All website content, images and materials are the exclusive property of YogaFit Retreats and may not be copied, modified or reused without permission.

11.2. Users must be 18+ and financially responsible for any bookings or charges.

11.3. YogaFit Retreats may update website content without obligation to notify users of changes.

11.4. YogaFit Retreats is not responsible for external website links.

11.5. Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with GDPR standards.

11.6. Payment information is processed securely through third-party providers; YogaFit Retreats does not store financial data.
