This October, we return to the wonderful 4 star hotel: Invisa Cala Verde. This all inclusive retreat on Es Figueral Beach in Ibiza, includes all your food, accommodation and retreat sessions.

We will be joined by the very best yoga, fitness and dance facilitators as well as life coaches, nutritionists, therapists and more who will be running an extensive timetable with some great new additions with choices for you to create your own retreat. 'Your retreat, your rules'!

ZEST Ibiza: The Grand Finale of YogaFit Week

ZEST Ibiza is the brand-new Dance Weekender we’re adding to the end of the YogaFit Retreats October edition, bringing the week to a powerful, joyful close with three days of high-energy movement, rhythm, and celebration.

From Friday October 31st to Sunday November 2nd, 2025, we’re transforming the main stage into a Dance Arena — with world-class presenters, live DJs, and back-to-back classes across styles like dance fitness, salsa, Zouk, Afro fusion, contemporary, Flow Dance Meditation, ecstatic dance, and more.

If you’re attending YogaFit, you’ll automatically have access to all ZEST classes too — so you can flow straight from your retreat into the dance celebration without missing a beat.

At the same time, the YogaFit vibe continues across the resort, with yoga, holistic classes, and wellness workshops still running in parallel. Whether you’re winding down or turning up, you can choose your own rhythm.

Prices are per person, per retreat. If you are booking a shared room you will have the option to add a second retreat in the 'cart' to complete the order. If you are booking the shared room with a friend and would like to pay separately, please let us know who you will be sharing with in the 'cart' order notes so we can pair the bookings. We recommend you bring your own yoga mat. Limited supply of Yoga mats will be available to hire at the retreat if you are not able to bring one.
