Led by Lindsay & Sharnelle, with Josie as our local host, we’ll gather at her stunning beachside shala just steps from the ocean. Together, we’ll share sunrise practices, cacao ceremonies, immersive music and movement journeys, cultural experiences and facilitator training sessions designed to support your personal growth and teaching pathway.

Day 1 - Arrival & Opening: Welcome circle, FDM masterclass, sunset cacao ceremony on the beach
Day 2 - Masculine & Feminine Energy: Sufi whirling, sunrise practice, polarity teachings, connect phase
Day 3 - Trauma-Informed Facilitation: Nervous system & music sessions, move + release phases, sound journey
Day 4 - Stepping into Facilitation: Team teach assessments, fire circle, celebratory group dinner
Day 5 - Integration & Closing: Reflection, aftercare tools, closing ceremony
