Sacred Spiral is an intimate retreat experience devoted to movement, mysticism, presence and deep remembrance.

Held in the foothills of the Atlas Mountains, this is a space to slow down, soften the nervous system, reconnect with the body, and return to what truly matters.

Across five days, we weave together Flow Dance Meditation, Sufi Whirling, somatic practices, music, sharing circles and moments of stillness within a carefully held retreat environment designed to support presence, emotional clarity, connection and transformation.

At the heart of the retreat is the practice of Sufi Whirling, an ancient moving meditation rooted in devotion, surrender and remembrance. Through the spiral of the body, we return again and again to centre.

Sacred Spiral is more than a retreat.  
It is an invitation into another rhythm of living.  
One rooted in slowness, beauty, ritual, truth and aliveness.

What to Expect

Across five days, we’ll explore a blend of:

• Sufi Whirling
• Flow Dance Meditation
• Sambaddha (somatic, maturation & subconscious body-mind work)

These practices create a steady, spacious rhythm for inner exploration, emotional clarity and embodied presence. Together, they support the release of old stories and energies, allowing deeper freedom, stillness and connection to emerge.

• A Moroccan tea ceremony
• Local live music
• Optional extras - Moroccan Hammam and massage, pottery making class, cooking class.
