This Summer Solstice, we invite you into a two-day immersive journey of embodiment, connection, movement, presence, and expansion in the beautiful hills of the Garraf Natural Park.

Into the Divine is a non-residential retreat experience created to help you slow down, reconnect to yourself, and deepen your connection to life, spirit, community, and purpose.

Across two spacious and powerful days, we will weave together practices designed to support nervous system regulation, openness, authentic expression, and deeper states of awareness and connection.
