Join us for our Greek retreat 2025 located at the stunning five star Hydra Beach Resort. Set in a national heritage site, surrounded by botanical gardens and overlooking the magnificent Island of Hydra, this retreat promises to deliver a beautiful and unique experience. Our theme is Foundational Strength, drawing from the essence of Greek culture; strong foundations, philosophy and fun.

This all inclusive retreat, includes all your meals, drinks, accommodation and retreat sessions. The are some premium bars at the hotel that are not included as 'all-inclusive'.

As you have come to expect, we will be joined by the very best yoga, fitness and dance instructors as well as life coaches, nutritionists and therapists who will be running an extensive timetable with some great new additions with choices for you to create your own retreat. 'Your retreat, your rules'!

Prices are per person, per retreat. If you are booking a shared room you will have the option to add a second retreat in the 'cart' to complete the order. If you are booking the shared room with a friend and would like to pay separately, please let us know who you will be sharing with in the 'cart' order notes so we can pair the bookings. We recommend you bring your own yoga mat. If you would like to buy a mat at the retreat, we would ask you to let us know via email so we can ensure plentiful supply.
